Hello friend,

 

We're Ryan and Rena.

We are entrepreneurs, parents, MBSR instructors, and founders of Pause – a mindfulness community that helps people heal and grow by tapping into their innate capacity for wakefulness, compassion, and resilience.

For years, we struggled with imbalance, anxiety, and chronic stress. Then we discovered mindfulness and the power of pausing, and it profoundly changed our lives.

What gives us hope is something we've come to trust deeply from our own experience...that even one single pause can move us toward a better world.


The change we long for begins with our own minds and hearts. When we pause, we connect with our natural intelligence – the wisest, kindest, most magical part of ourselves. When we do this over and over, our whole life starts to look different.
 

And when millions of us choose to pause, we create a more conscious, sane, and loving world.​​
