Observe how endings become beginnings 🌱
Amidst the worldly comings and goings, observe how
endings become beginnings.
~ Tao Te Ching
As this year's ending becomes a new beginning, we are pausing to say thank you.
We hosted our first virtual class on March 13, 2020 and since then, we've collectively joined each other in the "Pause" cloud approximately 984 times. That's incredible. Almost as incredible as the number of times we've said, "Oops, I think you're muted."
This practice and community are a wellspring of resilience and an ongoing reminder that we are utterly connected, full of love, and that each of us has the capacity to navigate some really hard life stuff. They're also a reminder that hope and goodness are everywhere, if we simply remember to look.
Pema Chödrön reminds us that "nothing ever goes away until it teaches us what we need to know." As we enter this new year, may we continue to listen, learn, rest often, and open our hearts.
We have lots of wonderful offerings coming up in the new year – we hope you'll take a peek below and mark your calendars. We look forward to honoring this year's ending and welcoming new beginnings, together!
