Mental Health Awareness Month
Hi friends,
If you’re reading this right now, you've likely fallen apart this past year. Perhaps on more than one occasion. You might even feel like you’re falling apart right now.
We want to offer a heartfelt reminder that it's okay to fall apart. In fact, it's expected. Right now – some parts of the U.S. and world are getting better, while others are in utter despair. Some people are feeling the renewing, hopeful energy of spring, while others can barely get out of bed.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We want to honor this full spectrum of experience and also celebrate any amount of self-work you're doing to help yourself stay balanced, to pick up the pieces when they've scattered, or to simply be with the jumbled pieces just as they are – for yourself or a loved one.
Please know that we’re here for you. Others are here for you, even if you don't know it. This community is here for you. Remember, it’s okay, and it’s normal to fall apart. And sometimes, the most helpful thing is to give yourself permission to simply take this next breath.
And now this one.
💗💗💗
With love on the journey,
Ryan & Rena

Poem (Unnamed)
by Rupi Kaur from The Sun and Her Flowers
when the world comes crashing at your feet
it’s okay to let others
help pick up the pieces
if we’re present to take part in your happiness
when your circumstances are great
we are more than capable
of sharing your pain
