Our method synthesizes insights from three primary sources into a simple, non-religious approach to training the mind.

Any or all of the sciences, such as neurochemistry and experimental psychology, which deal with the structure or function of the nervous system and brain.


The scientific study of human flourishing and the strengths and virtues that enable individuals, communities and organizations to thrive.



Contemplative traditions that teach means of personal transformation by expanding our consciousness in the ways we understand and relate to our world.
