Mindful Hiking Adventure!

Come play with us in the great outdoors! We're breaking loose and heading into Forest Park for a dose of mother nature's best medicine: A MINDFUL HIKE.


It’s one thing to spend time in a natural, nourishing space. It’s another thing entirely to soak in your surroundings with mindful presence. Join us on a journey through this rich landscape and experiment with weaving formal and informal mindfulness practices into your hiking experience.


We'll meet at Pittock mansion for a 15 minute guided sitting meditation overlooking the city. Following the meditation, there will be a brief discussion exploring ways we can cultivate mindfulness in motion, then we'll launch into Forest Park for a hike that truly soaks in the wonders of the wilderness.


The level for this hike is EASY. We will take a slow, steady pace and the distance will be no more than 3 miles.

What to Bring

We recommend you bring some water, a snack, and wear gear appropriate for the day's weather.
