Eating is meant to be an enjoyable activity that provides nourishment and energy so we can live life to the fullest. And yet, our modern world has complicated our relationship with food. Faced with endless unhealthy choices and busy, stressed out lifestyles, food too often feels like a struggle.
Enter: Covid-19. Our already stressful world is turned on its head, and emotional eating is taking a toll. Have you been craving more cookies than usual? You're not alone, friend!
In this interactive masterclass, we'll explore the mechanisms behind emotional eating, learn simple strategies to uproot unhealthy patterns, and set a foundation of mindful habits to unlock the joy of eating in both the short and long term!

We're thrilled to partner up with N!CK’S to bring you this masterclass series. Nick’s Swedish-style ice cream is the first and only light ice cream that is actually, truly, creamy. And it’s because only Nick’s uses a top-secret, patented, plant-based fat that gives it that unmistakable mouthfeel of full-fat ice cream.
“Hej, tell them how creamy it is. It’s REALLY creamy!” Niclas (Nick) Luthman, Founder of Nick’s doesn’t just talk the talk, he also eats the pint. And with whole pints ranging between 220-360 calories, he’s not the only one talking with his mouth full. The light ice cream that’s always spoon-soft and never icy has been sweeping shelves across the nation. Nick’s has released sixteen flavors and is now in stores all over the country.
What is Swedish-style? It’s never compromising healthiness for tastiness. Now, you can have both!
