Hi, We're Rena & Ryan

We're entrepreneurs, parents, meditators, and human beings, just like you, who are trying to find some semblance of peace in this crazy world that we live in.

What started as a casual meetup group in the Portland Fields Neighborhood Park turned into a lifelong mission to support others on a similar path.​

Over the past 10+ years, we've developed a method that has and continues to support us, without fail, in:
 

  • finding inner peace

  • doing our most creative impactful work

  • being present for the experiences and people we love

  • meeting heartbreaking life circumstances with resilience

  • showing up as the best versions of ourselves

 

For years, we struggled with imbalance, anxiety, and chronic stress in an attempt to keep up with the demands of modern life. We felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and dissatisfied and were longing for a different way of living. 

That's when we discovered mindfulness, and it profoundly changed our lives.
