Reset Description

Autumn is a perfect time to get clear on how we live, how we would like to live, and reset any behaviors that no longer serve us. An effective way to investigate our lives is by paying attention to how we nourish ourselves.

 

Join us on a 21-day journey of aligning with the Autumn season, resetting our digestion, and incorporating nurturing behaviors.

In this series, we will:

  • explore effective grocery shopping, smart meal-prep, and cooking with care.
     

  • engage intentional books, films, and articles as well as support with daily encouragement.
     

  • expand on deliciously, purposely created foundational recipes.
     

  • examine our eating behaviors mindfully and choose what we want to keep and what we would like to release.

Free Orientation Saturday, October 24th from 1-1:30pm PDT

Schedule

✓  We'll meet twice per week online via Zoom for 3 weeks

✓  We'll share lively discussion in our forum, reflect on our relationship with food, and send you daily inspiring emails

✓  We'll also enjoy a 2.5 hour Sunday retreat together

Week 1:

  • Free Orientation (optional):

    • Saturday 10/24 from 1-1:30pm PDT

  • Class: Monday 10/26 from 7-8pm

  • Check-In: Thursday 10/29 from 7-8pm

 

Week 2:

  • Class: Monday 11/2 from 7-8pm

  • Check-In: Thursday 11/5 from 7-8pm

  • Retreat: Sunday 11/8 from 10am - 12:30pm

 

Week 3:

  • Class: Monday 11/9 from 7-8pm

  • Check-In: Thursday 11/12 from 7-8pm
