Welcoming in the Year of the Yang Metal Rat
with Chris Miller
Saturday, January 25 from 12-1:30pm
at the Pause Studio
Join Christopher Miller, LAc from the Portland Wellness Collective, in partnership with Pause for an interactive workshop designed to connect you to your highness and best for 2020.
When a new year begins, it is common to look for tools and insights to help guide us and provide perspective. This weekend marks the beginning of the Lunar New Year. Join us this Saturday in exploring the wisdom of the Chinese Zodiac and explore how this fascinating system can help you make the most out of the year ahead.
In this workshop, we will:
🔸 Discuss the cyclical nature of time
🔸 Dive deep into the unique qualities of 2020
🔸 Align ourselves to the significant opportunities ahead
🔸 Discern how to alleviate possible friction points
This workshop will include interactive discussion, journaling activities, and a simple movement practice.
See you Saturday!
